Orders and delivery
Do you offer UK delivery?
Yes. We offer UK mainland delivery, with free delivery on orders over £50. Standard UK mainland delivery is £3.95.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. Northern Ireland delivery is available with a £4.99 surcharge.

Are orders tracked?
Yes. Orders are sent using tracked delivery services where available, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Which couriers do you use?
The delivery information indicates Royal Mail is preferred when available, though Evri or Yodel may be used depending on the area.
Do you offer free gifts with orders?

What payment methods do you accept?
We except all major cards and Klarna and Clearpay as buy now, pay later options.

Returns and refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. UK and EU customers have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and then have a further 7 days to return the item after notifying us.
How do I start a return?

What condition do items need to be in for a return?
Returned items should be unworn, unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are normally responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. The policy states that return labels are charged at a flat rate and deducted from the refund amount.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 5 business days of approval. If you have not received it within 15 business days please contact us.
Are personalised items returnable?
Personalised or made to order items are non returnable unless required by law. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Can I return earrings?
Earrings are non returnable once the hygiene seal or original sealed packaging has been opened or removed.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will help resolve it. Our policy states that faulty or incorrect items may be replaced or refunded and return postage is covered by us.
